Chocolate Cashew Date Milk
• Start with 2 cups of our basic vanilla date cashew milk, then…
• Blend 4 tablespoons of cacao powder with the milk and strain through a nut milk bag or super fine mesh strainer. Add a crack of sea salt! Finito.

Nuts for Nut Milks (aka Nut Milk Three Ways)
First, we waxed poetic about our obsession with vanilla date cashew milk. (Its versatility. Its creaminess. Its ability to woo even cow milk-lovers…or moo them?) Once you’ve mastered the basics, the real fun begins. And by fun we mean flava. Here, we’ve upped the ante with chocolate and strawberry. Feel free to experiment like crazy. (Raspberries! Blueberries! Mango! Soy sauce!) Just be sure to keep the ratios the same. PS: We’ll be serving these at the restaurant, for sure.
